Just want to log an issue with Support – EE4

I’ve never had a problem before with Event Espresso but after updating to 4.4.8 twice in the last 2 weeks my event page stopped showing up at its URL. I could go into the event and edit it and publish and it still wouldn’t show up. The only that that worked was to deactivate and reactivate Event Espresso at the WordPress plug-ins page.

I have since updated to 4.4.10p and am crossing my fingers that the problem will not reappear.

Hi Matt,

If this happens again can you go to Settings -> Permalinks.

Make no changes and just click Save, this will ‘flush’ your permalink.

Then check if your event page loads.

We’ve not seen this problem come up before but if the steps above fix it without activating and de-activating we can investigate further into an issue with permalinks.
