Hi – I have just renewed and want to update from 3.1.21.P using the latest version of WP.
I had thought I’d be able to update the plugins from within the wordpress interface and have noticed on my account it is showing the licence as expiring (Expires: April 17, 2014) but under the site licence keys it says (….0344 Not Active). How do I get this so I can upgrade EE from within WP? I don’t see a place to add the licence key into my current installation. Can you point me in the right direction for upgrade instructions?

Hello,
The licence key will need to be added to the plugin via Event Espresso > General Settings (at the bottom of the page).
However, as your current version of Event Espresso is quite old, we did not at that point have one click updates. As such you will need to download the latest version of your plugin from your account page and manually update it. Going forward, you will have one click updates in the WordPress dashboard so long as you have a valid licence.
