Hello, we purchased Grand Conference theme (here). It installs a plugin named “Grand Conference Theme Custom Post Type” that goes in conflict with Event Espresso “Json API plugin” v2.1.2.P. When both are activated, the resulting error is: “Fatal error: Call to a member function get() on null in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\…\wp-includes\query.php on line 28”.
This is a big big problem, because our events will start in 20 days and we don’t know how to solve.
the Json API plugin is needed for the app to work. The Grand conference plugin is needed for rendering pages.
Any advice? Thanks
Thank you for answering!
How can we obtain the new version of this plugin? Is it free to download or do we need to renew our support period? (currently expired) If yes, which are the right steps to follow?
Thanks
You can download the new version from your account page after your license is renewed. Or after you renew you’ll be able to do a 1-click update from your WordPress plugins page. You can renew by clicking on the Renew button that’s on your account page, then checkout.
Thank you. Just another question: if we buy “EE3 Personal License” (that has 5 addons, including the new “Json API”), can we still be able to use the ticketing addon that we already bought with the new version of EE3? Or it is incompatible? Thanks
We updated JSON API Add-on to v2.1.4.P and it works perfectly with our theme!!! Thanks
