Hello, we purchased Grand Conference theme (here). It installs a plugin named “Grand Conference Theme Custom Post Type” that goes in conflict with Event Espresso “Json API plugin” v2.1.2.P. When both are activated, the resulting error is: “Fatal error: Call to a member function get() on null in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\…\wp-includes\query.php on line 28”. |
September 25, 2017 at 12:26 pm Hi there, That will likely be avoided with the current version of Event Espresso 3’s JSON API plugin, that version is JSON API Add-on v2.1.4.P. |

Thank you for answering! |
September 26, 2017 at 11:25 am You can download the new version from your account page after your license is renewed. Or after you renew you’ll be able to do a 1-click update from your WordPress plugins page. You can renew by clicking on the Renew button that’s on your account page, then checkout. |

Thank you. Just another question: if we buy “EE3 Personal License” (that has 5 addons, including the new “Json API”), can we still be able to use the ticketing addon that we already bought with the new version of EE3? Or it is incompatible? Thanks |
That will depend on how old of a version of the ticketing add-on is. If it’s a fairly recent version it should still work OK. |

We have version 2.1.p. If it is recent enough, we’ll buy EE3 Personal License. |
That should work although you won’t get the benefit of the updates from Ticketing add-on version 2.2.0. |

We updated JSON API Add-on to v2.1.4.P and it works perfectly with our theme!!! Thanks |
