Issues with registration

Hi,

We are having issues with our registrations page on our site.

1) Classes offered are being listed as “Sold Out” when they have not yet been filled.

2) We have gotten feedback from participants that they are unable to register online because cookies need to be enabled – participants get this notice even if they have enabled cookies.

Please address these asap.

Hi there,

I checked your site and there are indications that the entire site is getting served via Varnish caching. This will actually cause both of the issues you reported here. Here’s a screenshot that you can forward to your host that shows the Varnish headers:

They’ll need to disable caching for the /upcoming-events/ page, the /registration-checkout/ page, the /thank-you/ page, and any page that has /events/ in the URL. There’s more information in this guide from our documentation:
