Hey Guys, I setup an event with open registration here: http://www.uscomputer.com/events/network-security-live-webinar-ransomware/. While on the last step of the registration process, i am getting an error that states the step could not be completed. I’ve attached an image of the issue here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B1cXz_N0R9O1Uy1CdndzQzEtZ2s/view?usp=sharing The weird thing is that when i close the lightbox and hit enter again, the registration goes through fine and i see the confirmation on my dashboard. The only thing missing after that is that no emails are being sent out. I went to the notification settings and used the test emails and those went through fine, so i am not sure what the issue is or where to begin looking |

Hi there, A quick way to find out whether the error you saw was caused by a problem with sending messages is you go into Event Espresso > Messages > Settings, then you disable all message types (temporarily of course). Then you go and do another registration. If the errors continues, then it may be a PHP error happening behind the scenes, which you should be able to log making an edit to your wp-config.php file. Hey Josh, In going through your steps I found that i was getting an internal server error when trying to turn of the messaging system. After doing some research I was able to increase my memory limit and that seems to have solved the first issue! I am going to continue debugging the email issue using the link you mentioned and let you know what I find |

Josh, I was able to fix everything that was appearing in the logs but the emails are still not being sent out. When trying to resend one of the emails i got the following messagE: An error has occurred: Let me know what else I should look into, thank you. |

Thanks, could you share a screenshot of the registrant recipient for the registration approved message type? That is used for the resend feature. — |
