Good afternoon. I had an individual reach out to us whose registration never fully went through, but they received an invoice. |

Were you able to confirm that they receive invoice? or just a notification that they need to pay a particular amount? What payment method did they used?, you can also check the messages if what notification was generated for him/her, Did you also check the transaction tab? What do you see? thanks |

Are you sure that URL is set within the content of the email sent by EE? Looking through your sites Message activity log, all of the emails I checked show the correct URL, do you have an example of one f these with the incorrect URL? Right now I’m guessing its happening after EE has passed the email to the server (which then sends the email to SendGrid) |
