I do not know if this issue is in the WaitList manager add on or the Attendee Mover add on – I have registrants on a wait list that I am managing manually. We added another class session to accommodate the people on the waitlist – when I move the waitlist registration to the new session, the “charge” for the waitlist registration does not cancel so the invoice amount due is double because it is charging the waitlist registration and the new class registration. The system displays the message that the previous registration was cancelled but the charge remains. Can you help me with this issue?
I tried it both ways. Initially I set up another datetime/ticket but when I saw the issue, I thought maybe I needed to create a separate event. The same problem occurred in both scenarios. The ticket cost is $100. No tax or modifiers.
In that highlighted section, set the status to pending payment and update (make sure ‘Send Related Messages’ is set to No), then switch the status back to Cancelled and update again (again make sure the messages setting is set to No).
That will correctly update the line items and remove the charge.
