Is Mastercard Payment Gateway Service Add-On included in EE4 Everything license?

I have the EE4 Everything License but can’t see the Mastercard Payment Gateway Service as an available download. Is this something I need to purchase separately?

The everything license includes all of our add-ons.

I assume you mean this payment method: https://eventespresso.com/product/eea-migs-payment-method/

Which I can see as an available download on your account.

Can you download the payment method from your download section?
