Hi Support team,

Kindly see Calendar here –> http://fidgets.com.sg/baking/

For 11th December slot, client wants to show a note/text saying “No Class – Reserved for party”.
Is it possible to show text like this on calendar? It will not be clickable.

regards,
Su Yuen

Hi Su Yuen,

Currently you can not add details within the calendar that are not events.

The best way to handle this is to create an event within EE and add to the title that it is a private party, you can then close registrations on that event and set the ticket selector not to display – http://take.ms/vDYz6 (set Display Ticket Selector to No)

Then users can still click on the event, but can not register onto it. You can also add further details within the event description explain that it is reserved for a private party if you prefer.

Would that work?
