I instructed a registrant to go through the process of registering without going through the payment part. The registration showed up as abandoned instead of as pending payment. Probably because I should have instructed registrant to just not submit payment (instead of not go through the payment part). Is it possible to change an abandoned registration to pending payment?
If so, click on the TXN Date and then click on the ‘Recalulate Taxes and Total’ button. EE will automatically switch the transaction status to ‘Incomplete’.

If the registrant did NOT click through to the payment options step, their name will not be linked with the registration. That registration would show up in the Event Espresso -> Registrations list when you click the ‘Incomplete’ filter at the top. You can’t ‘update’ that registration to now be linked to a user.
Thanks Tony, for getting back so fast. I messed with this a bit on my own and shortly before you responded I actually fixed it–though not exactly sure how. I believe I changed it to incomplete (I’m not sure, but after reading what you wrote above, I think that’s what I did). In any event I was able to complete it like I usually do and all is well. Thanks for your speedy response.
