Ipay88 Error: Buyer choose cancel at Login Page

Hi Support,
Check from backend participant recevied this error return:
“Buyer choose cancel at Login Page”

But the payment already deduct from participant bank account.

What will cause this problem happen?

Hi Chuah,

That would have happened on iPay88’s site so you could contact iPay88 support to see if they have more details. You can also check the logs entries for that transaction in Event Espresso > Payment Methods > Logs. If iPay88 sent any additional error codes they’ll be recorded there.
