Our confirmation emails are occasionally getting caught up in spam folders, or are blocked completely. I understand that this is due to settings on the recipient’s end.
Is it possible for you to share the IP address range for where the confirmation emails are sent from? It appears that there are several different ones, associated with mailspamprotection.com?? We’d like to provide those to the organizations that aren’t receiving emails so they can be whitelisted to allow the emails to come through.
We can’t provide you with IP addresses as we (EventEspresso.com) do not send out your emails. All of the emails sent from your registrations are sent from your site rather than us. If you don’t have any SMTP or Transactional email service plugins setup on your site then you will very likely be using your host’s mail server and will need to contact them for more details.
Another option is to sign up to a transactional email service such as the ones listed here:
Those services rely on their mail servers not being blacklisted for spam so they monitor the emails sent and maintain the mail servers reputation meaning your emails are more likely to not be filtered as spam.
