We are experiencing problems when people try and register for events we have posted through Event Espresso. We contacted our web host who said we need to contact Event Espresso and get our IP address reset for our license key. Can you help with this?

Their product is licensed to specific ip address. You need to enter a support request with them to have your ip address reset for your license key. We also need for you to get the latest version from them since this is a commercial product you have to do this part with them as they may require an upgrade fee from you.
