As far as I am aware, EE has never ‘sent’ the invoices to users.
You can include a link within the message template they can use to download them, but EE doesn’t include the Invoice within any emails by default.
So we can help you setup EE to send the link to registrants, but can you provide more details on how you had this working previously, for example, which email included an invoice and was it a link the user could use to open the Invoice on the site?
