Invoice Payment/Reminder Email

Hi, I was wondering if it’s possible to pre-select a custom email for the Invoice/Payment reminder email (within the attendee’s payment area). It’s just that the administrator has to manually select this every time, or the default custom email is sent; I can see this being a drama when the wrong email goes out! Alternatively, where can I manually overwrite the default custom email? (I’m happy to modify php templates). That will help to prevent any issues.

Hi Angela,

It isn’t possible currently to set a default email for the invoice reminder.

To manually edit it, you would need to modify the event-espresso/includes/admin-reports/enter_attendee_payments.php file.

The function in question isn’t pluggable, and there are no hooks/filters available for it, so it becomes a core edit, meaning updates will over write the changes.
