I’m using EE 4.2.5p and using the Invoice payment method. I get a blank screen after confirming the registration and going to this url: http://www.icccoachingcongress.com/thank-you/?e_reg_url_link=1-9d699e5d54b36f2b1e4101f2de2f1dd4 If I reload the page, then the thank you page is shown properly. What could be working wrong in this case? Kind regards |

Hello Lorenzo Yes the page was completely blank, also after increasing the memory for wordpress. The return url that shows the blank page is the following: http://www.icccoachingcongress.com/thank-you?e_reg_url_link=1-73b4701824d6e3d3ac66ad8737395eca What else could be happening? IS there any chance for the support team to access my site and verify what could be happening? Kind regards |
Hi Alejandro, I just went to the link that you shared in a new browser and it brought me to the page. Then a few seconds later it sent me to another page automatically. Could you run another test with only Event Espresso running? If it still fails, then we’ll ask you to share a temporary login privately so we can continue troubleshooting. — |

Hi Alejandro, I’m also able to see the issue as well but did you have a chance to test with only Event Espresso running? If not, could you temporarily deactivate all plugins and reactivate Event Espresso and try a registration? If I get the temporary login, I’ll still need to run that test as part of troubleshooting.
