I get this weird formatting in my address area of my invoice and was wondering why and how to solve this?

Here is what is coming out on the invoice:

P.O Box 1730 Station
Main<br />109 Nahanni
Dr.<br />Banff,AB<br
/>Canada<br />T1L 1B6

Can you provide a link to an invoice? And what is in the address field of your invoice settings?

When I am viewing the list of attendees and click on the download invoice icon, this is the PDF that is created. Where are the invoice settings for this? I have looked and can’t seem to find any options for it. I do not want pay by invoice as an active option.

Hi,

The address settings can be found in Payment Settings > Invoice. You can remove/change the address there. You can also turn off Invoices, by pressing the deactivate button in the same place.

The invoice option was never turned on. This invoice comes from the client list view where I can download the paid invoice from the customer from an online payment. I do not want an option for customers to pay by invoice.

Is this in the payment address section in the top left of invoice below the header, or is it the attendee’s address under “Bill to:”?

It is on the top left section of the invoice below the header

Can you turn on the invoice gateway, check what is in the “Address to Send Payment” field, and then turn it back off?

Ah, ok, so even if I am not using invoices as a method of payment, it is retrieving information from there. I looked at it and removed the extra brackets etc and now it does not appear in the invoice.

On another note, I am trying to get my logo to work and it keeps giving me an error with the url for my logo. Is there special instructions for the url to my logo in order for it to work? File types or where it resides? Can I use an HTTPS address?

It depends on whether your server allows php file url access. I think the safer thing is to use a file location, like /var/www/wp-content/uploads/mypic.jpg
