The PDF invoices generated look wonky. The logo isn’t showing up. The address info is breaking up in weird ways, and the “Pay Online” link goes to an invalid site. I only want the “Pay Online” link on the invoice if it redirects to the correct Paypal site.
Yes everything is set up correctly. I think its a problem on your end. What can you do to fix it? I read all the forms and it seems be a problem for a lot of people.
Go to the invoice payment settings on the payment methods page and make the following changes.
A standardized address for the United States from USPS looks like this:
Street Address
Address 2
City, State, Zip Code
Country
Update your address to be formatted in the order above.
Next, the invoice is generated one you click on the link on the registration checkout page.
The pay now link can’t be set to go to PayPal because it needs to first go to the payment page so that the payment can be associated to the attendee/registrant. Otherwise, you’ll receive a payment and the attendee will still owe money.
Adding some text to the invoice can be done by editing the payment gateway. Are you comfortable using an SFTP or FTP client such as FileZilla or Cyberduck?
