Hello,

I have something that I don’t understand.

I cannot manage the “invoice” settings.

It’s explained here (https://eventespresso.com/wiki/invoice-payment-method/) but I cannot find the icon to get in.

What am I doing false? I already tried to turn off all my plugin but it isn’t working better.

I need an quick answer. I need to turn my site on next week! And of course I don’t want to leave the possibility to pay with invoice bill… only credit card!

Hi there,

Can you post a screenshot of what you see on the Payment method settings page please?

Do you have the Payment Methods Pro add-on installed on the site? If so which version number?

If you do have that add-on, de-activate it and confirm if the payment methods page loads correctly.

Yes, I’ve Stripe gateway installed.

Event Espresso – Stripe Gateway (EE 4.6.0+)
Réglages | Désactiver | Modifier

Version 1.0.15.p

And it’s not working with the plugin out

You’re looking for the Payment Methods Pro add-on, not a specific payment method, do you have that add-on?

Do I really need it, is it not possible to switch off the invoice in default mode?

No, you don’t need it at all, the invoice payment method works without it (as do all payment methods).

The reason I’m asking is you can get the above error when using an older version of the Payment Methods Pro add-on with the latest versions of core, so I’m checking that isn’t the problem.

Ok, next, are you logged in as admin?

Go to Event Espresso -> Maintenance -> Reset/Delete Data

Click ONLY the ‘Reset Event Espresso Capabilities’ button – http://take.ms/MR5VP

(You will lose your data if you use the other buttons so double check you click the correct button)
