WP Version: 3.9.1
Event Espresso version – EE4, no add-ons – New Installation
I was under the impression that Moneris Gateway was integrated in Event Espresso, however, now that I have purchased EE4, I found out that the Moneris Gateway option was only available in EE3. I have tried EE3, and it does not work at all in my site using WP 3.9.1. Is it difficult to add this option? Can you offer some advice on how I would go about integrating Moneris into EE4?

Hi Constance,
A little further info on the Event Espresso 4 gateways: Currently the gateways module is undergoing a re-write, so we do not advise attempting a direct integration with the current and upcoming version Event Espresso 4.3. Once the gateways module re-write is complete, we’ll be rolling out new sponsored gateways for Event Espresso 4.

I will have to get a refund then, because I only purchased Event Espresso specifically for the Moneris (CA) Gateway, and now that it has been a week of trying to integrate with my limited PHP skills, I am losing ticket sales.

EE3 should work with 3.9.1 with no issues, though your licence only covers access to EE4.
If you have a valid EE3 licence, we would be more than happy to assist you in getting EE3 to work.
