hi–I purchased this support but it’s unclear when it will happen or whether I gave all the information that you needed. May I have some confirmation soon about what’s going on?? thanks!

Hi Sara,

Can you go to your account page and under where it says “Basic Install and Configuration” you’ll see a link that takes you to a form to redeem your support purchase. Please fill out the form completely and we can get to work on the installation.

Hi Sara,

We have the information you sent, but it looks like you didn’t specify which of the available add-ons you would like installed. Can you look over this list and let us know which add-ons you would like to have installed and let us know which payment gateway you will be using?
