Infusionsoft Tagging AFTER payment is complete

I’ve read this thread through out the forum and it appears that tagging after a payment is complete is not possible. Has this changed at all in EE4? Would like to trigger an IS campaign for event follow up but only after i know payment has been successful via paypal. Thanks!
