We are using EE4, and finding just in the last day that people that are trying to pay are getting the message “your payment is declined. No funds have been transferred”.
You can check the logs items in Event Espresso > Payment Methods > Logs. There you’ll find multiple log entries for each transaction. Some of those are logs of what’s sent to Infusionsoft, others are what’s received. You’ll likely find an error code in there that will help explain why the payment processor is declining the payment.
