Infusionsoft Add-On has dissappeared

Hi, I purchased the Infusionsoft addon in July 2013. Invoice number s2-51f1e4ca98c07.

I installed it and set it up fine but havent used it for a while. I have just gone back to set it up for a new campaign and I cant find it in my WP dashboard or in my EE account page. Can you help? I need this functionality back up and running by 6pm EST today! (19th May)

WP version 3.4
EE version 3.1.35.2.P
Recently purchased new personal licence
