I just installed EE, did some setup, created my first event.
When I view the event, the only thing displaying on the individual event view is the WYSIWYG content. No venue details or tickets show up and I cannot register for the event.
I’ve looked through all the EE settings and it seems that everything is in order.
Did the event editor load correctly in the WordPress admin? We noticed that Windows servers may not install Event Espresso correctly and this could cause information to not be displayed.
Could you briefly switch to another WP theme such as Twenty Twelve and refresh your event page?
OK, after switching to an alternate theme, everything displayed properly.
The theme I’d like to make work is the Thesis theme. I’ve got a page defined for the events to show up in where a normal WP loop is displayed, but this does not seem to be working all it’s showing me is the header and the WYSIWYG content.
Any tips or thoughts? I will also post over on the Thesis help area to see if there is anything I can do on that end.
I was able to test this today with 2.1.9 and 1.8.5. It works in 1.8.5 but no content appears with Thesis 2.
I’ll create a report for the developers to review but unfortunately I can’t provide an estimate on when this will be looked at as there are other priorities ahead of theme issues.
