I’m writing about the incomplete transaction status. For the event I’m promoting right now, one person on the list’s of transactions payment does not show up in my paypal The other clients’s payments appear in my paypal account, yet they all say Incomplete. Can you help?

I did receive notification from Paypal for three out of four transactions. There is one transaction that does not at all appear in my paypal account, yet is has the same status as those for whom I did receive notification from paypal.
Did your website receive the Instant Payment Notification? (not an email notification)
