Hi fmeekins,

Can you temporarily deactivate all other WordPress plugins, then try to access that page again?

Hello, this did not resolve the issue.

Can you check with the award-winning support staff at GoDaddy? There may be a process on the server that’s being killed and they may be able to remove that process from the “kill this process list”. The error you saw gets reported quite often by customers of GoDaddy Managed hosting:

Hello, godaddy reset the processes but still the error is there.

I’m afraid that resetting the processes isn’t actually what needs to be done. They’ll need to find out why the process is being killed and make an adjustment to avoid the inactivity timeout.

If GoDaddy support staff has any technical questions in nature about this, they can contact us via email if need be: support at this domain.

Hi Josh, is there anyway to get a list of registrations without using the registration link? I to access this asap.

You could copy the database to a local/staging site ad export the list from there.

For example using Duplicator to create a clone of the site (although if you are having problems with the host I don’t think that plugin will work)

Or something like WP Migrate DB .

In short you need for GoDaddy to fix their server, or copy the site (even just temporarily) to a different server to get your data whilst they work out what they need to do.
