Hello, I am using Event Espresso 3 (Version 3.1.20.P) and I am trying to migrate to version 4 (Version 4.2.5.p ). When I activate it, it doesn’t recognize any event. I already read this topic ( –> https://eventespresso.com/topic/upgrading-ees-3-to-4-events-not-migrating/ ) but that didn’t help.
Is it because I need to upgrade my 3.1.20 version to a newer version and THEN upgrade to version 4?

Hello Allesio,
Please update to the current version of Event Espresso 3:
https://eventespresso.com/wiki/change-log/
Then backup your WordPress and update to Event Espresso 4.

Ok, I did update.
And it imported “event categories” but no events at all.
Where am I wrong? :\

Hi Alessio,
After you updated from Event Espresso 3.1.20 to 3.1.36 were the events still loading in the admin?
Also, before you tried to run the migration the last time, did you first reset and remove the Event Espresso 4 data from the maintenance page?
