Send out event registration confirmation emails – i am not getting an option to approve and notify in bulk actions – just approve, and then i have to manually send ticket registrations out, any workaround?

Hi there,

Are the Registration Approved and related messages activated? Go to: Event Espresso > Messages > Templates and make sure your templates are active and ready to send. There should be a recipient in the TO field of any messages and contexts you want sent.

Also, check your Messages > Settings tab to make sure the messages are activated.

Then, you should be able to Approve and Notify in bulk.

all these are active, i am still not seeing the approve and notify feature, just approve.

What version of the importer do you have on the site?

If you look at the transaction for one of these registrations and click to view the session details below the line items, what does it show?

I’m not sure what this is?

View the Transaction for a registration but going to Event Espresso -> Registrations, find on of the registrations you imported and click on the TXN Date column value.

Click on the the link highlighted on the above, whats does it show?

why would i click TXN date column value in individual registrations?

i thought i could bulk select and have the notification /ticket sent. i have yet to import any real tickets, but did a test and did not see any Approve and Notify, i was giving you what i was able to select in registrations. I will provide screenshot

I was asking you to check the values shown there on one of the imported registration because your opening title for this thread is ‘Importer Question’, which implies this issue is only with Imported registrations (turns out it’s not).

When you import a registration if the session hasn’t been set up correctly and the details I asked you to check do not show what we expect them to show then it means there was n issue with the Import which can then prevent the bulk option from showing which we could have investigated.

Registration-based messages yes, however, you can’t bulk-send the tickets.

Looking at your screenshot there’s no ‘… and notify’ options for any option not just imported ones.

That’s great but it wasn’t what I asked for above so without context I had no idea what it meant.

So looking at your screenshot this has nothing to do with the Importer.

The only time I see all ‘… and notify’ options disabled is when messages have been deactivated.

Can you go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Settings (tab).

Add a screenshot of what you see there, please.
