I had another ticket open but it got closed do to inactivity. To update, we tried to transfer the data from the old website to the new website. The gentlemen helping is having issues, he say the data file is too big. he has tried two different ways. Now I want to ask you if you can help me with this issue please. He can’t do it. Can you Please let me know. Thank you
Do you have your license key set within 2 sites currently? The live site and a test site for example, if so that will explain the above notice. License key issues will not prevent Event Espresso from working as expected it will just prevent Event Espresso plugin updates from working.
Generally, we don’t provide support for site migrations but if I can help point someone in the right direction I will.
