I can't use espresso app on mobile

I can’t log in to the app.It shonw error with endpoint URL.How can I log in.Please tell me because I have to use it to my seminar and I use EE4 Now.thank you for your concern.

Hello, the mobile apps are only compatible with Event Espresso 3 at this time and won’t work with Event Espresso 4.

Could you use a barcode scanner for check-ins?

Thank you for your concern and I am very appreciate in your service and Can i ask about the EE3.Can I download it to use because I have to use app for check in my attendee.

Hi there,

EE3 is a completely different system to EE4, meaning all of your current events, registrations etc will not work with EE3. So it is possible to switch your license to EE3 is you prefer, however if you already have events/registrations within EE4 they will not be available in EE3.

It is possible to scan attendees using an app with EE4, its just done differently than with EE3.

For Android I recommend ‘Barcode Keyboard‘ for iOS you can use ‘Scan to Web

The video above shows Barcode Keybaord but they both work in a similar way.
