Hi
When I download the invoice from any attendee, html carriage return text shows up in the address field.
I have looked in the template.php and function.pdf.php files and cant see where these originate from.
This is happening with two installations of EventEspresso that I have carried out. Can you please let me know how to get rid of these text items? Here is the text exactly as it appears on the invoice address:
Unit 4/189 Lakeside Drive<br
/>Joondalup,WA<br
/>Australia<br />6027
Oh, also, how can I change the text at the very top of the invoice from “Invoice Payments” to “Tax Invoice”?

Hi,
Please go to Event Espresso > Payment Settings >Invoice. You can delete the break tags from the description there.
Regarding wording change you can use the language files (https://eventespresso.com/wiki/how-to-change-wording-with-poedit/) or a plugin such as Quick Localization (our “domain” is event_espresso)

Hi Dean.. Thanks a million – those two items are now sorted.
I am just going to open another ticket if possible as I am not able to add an image file (logo) to the invoice.
I’ll close this ticket and open another.

🙂 I’ve just sorted the image issue out through turning on allow_url_fopen in the php.ini file thanks to another forum post.
