It will displays on front end like http://prntscr.com/87hupk.

I just want to register for a single class only
http://prntscr.com/87hv4s

But in the checkout page two forms are being opened.
http://prntscr.com/87hvu7

But i need to only one form to be filled.
Please provide the solution as soon as possible.

Thanks.

Hi,

In your screen shots you have added two tickets, one for each date (screenshot http://take.ms/0AGyR) this will generate 2 forms because it is two tickets.

Hi Cathy,

Are those tickets set to be required?

If you click the cog icon for the ticket and add a screenshot here showing the settings please, like this – http://take.ms/2cxmR
