I am looking to customize the HTML of the event page and how it is displayed. For an example of how my events are currently being displayed, look here: https://diginomics.com/events/get-on-the-bitcoin-standard/
I want to get rid of the page title, the sidebar, and change the displayed date to the actual date of the event rather than the post date.
Which PHP template do I edit to do this?

Hi Travis, some of the content that you are seeing is because Event Espresso may be using a single.php file. If you look at a blog post on your site, then you may see a similar layout / styling.
You can have Event Espresso use a different template. See this tutorial from step 1 through step 5:
