Hi all, Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, |
Hi there Joanne, You can set this up in a few steps. First, ensure that the main event pricing is setup via the ticket / pricing option in the event editor. Then click on the gear icon (advanced options) and then place a checkmark in the required option. Now you can create the additional sessions and set each pricing to zero. Be sure to add the quantity available for each session. For example, if a session is limited to 7 attendees/registrants, then add 7 to that ticket / pricing option. Be sure to save changes after editing the event. The last step would be to apply this tutorial which will change free tickets (pricing of zero) to display free instead of 0.00: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/show-ticket-price-zero-free/ — |

Hi Lorenzo, thanks, Joanne Tjia |
Hi Joanne, regarding the ticket / pricing options, that warning may appear when you start to have a large amount of ticket or pricing options. For example, greater than 15. You can ask your web host to increase the value for max_input_vars and some web hosts allow you to do this on your end. Here is an example: https://eventespresso.com/topic/max-input-vars-warning-2/#post-122708 — |

Hi Lorenzo, Are those the right codes to add ? Thanks, |
Hi, they may need to restart the server services. Approximately, how many sessions are there currently? — |
|
|
hi Lorenzo, currently there are 17 sessions, and there will be 30 sessions in total. I have contacted my web host to restart the server services. I’ll let you know when it’s done. Thanks |
Hi, that is a large amount and may slow down the registration process. Are you able to split that event into multiple events which would then reduce the ticket options? — |
