Hi,

I would like to create 2 different tickets template, but if I put my new html or php file in
wp-content/plugins/espresso-ticketing/templates

I can’t see any change in my file, I only can modify the index.php file, but I would like to have 2 different tickets. I can see different version only if I change the css file. Is possible to have 2 different template without modify the css?
I read the pdf instructions and the article here https://eventespresso.com/wiki/how-to-create-a-custom-ticket/ but if I create a new php/html file I can chose it when I create a new tikets template, but the only file it will work is the index.php and if I delete this file I get an error.

Thank you, Marco

Hi,

You have the file directory path wrong, I have updated the document to be a little clearer.

The index.php file needs to be there but you can copy it and rename it. Having multiple templates and/or css files is possible.

Great! Happy you have it working now. If you’re willing feel free to share a screenshot of your ticket design.
