Hi there,
I did a couple of booking test and received confirmation emails titled from wordpress rather than our company name.e.g
from name: redacted – LOC
I’d appreciate it if you could advise how to replace wordpress to our business name. Many thanks

Hi Patrick,
I’ve removed your contact as our support forums are partially public.
You can use a transactional email service like MailChimp or Postmark app to accomplish this:

An additional benefit is that these services help ensure that emails arrive to the email inbox and are not marked as SPAM.
Mandrill has a generous free tier with 12,000 emails a month so I would give that a try.
