Hello,

I have a lot of incomplete or failed transactions but I don’t know why and I don’t know where there was a problem. Please see the screenshot below:

Do you know how I could analyze these failed transaction and how I could track the users that did these failed / incomplete transactions? The idea is to try to make them register next time and make the transaction happen.

Thanks a lot!

Hi there,

The screenshot you have added is from your registration list, which means you displaying Incomplete registrations, not transactions.

An incomplete registration is one that has no registration data, usually because the user did not provide any details within the registration form and either closed the browser or navigated away. Those are created as soon as you select tickets on the ticket selector and click to submit the tickets. An incomplete registration is created (with a ‘failed’ transaction) and then update as the user enters details into the form.

If you have other users with registrations working and no reports of issues the incomplete registrations do not indicate a problem. There are no contact details for those registration so you can not contact those users.
