HI,
I’m trying to include question groups in registration email confirmations. One of the options is to select a precentor which I created as a question group and I would like to include the results of this question in the email confirmation. I can’t seem to find documentation on how to do this. Is this possible? I’m using EE3.

Hi Katie,
In EE3, there’s a [custom_questions] email shortcode that you can add to the email and it will print the questions and answers for all of the custom questions. Beyond that, for example a shortcode to display the answer to a specific question, can be added to a ticket template.
In EE4, they’ve added a lot more shortcodes and a whole new message template setting that includes the ability to print the answer to a specific question.
