1) A custom field (e.g. event_facebook, event_twitter) can be set through the event editor along with a key (e.g. facebook.com/example, twitter.com/example).
What you’ll do is go to Event Espresso > General Settings, then scroll down to the Social Links heading. There you’ll find fields to input your Facebook and Twitter URLs.
Also, if you want different Facebook/Twitter URLs for specific events, you can use the Custom Fields available in the event editor. If you cannot find a box labeled Custom Fields, it may be unchecked in the Screen Options panel (upper right corner of the page).
