How do I setup the event facebook and Twitter links on the email?
See this screenshot: http://cl.ly/image/2f1w471g2c1P

I read this old thread https://eventespresso.com/topic/facebook-event-specific-url-in-event-registration-details-email/

1) A custom field (e.g. event_facebook, event_twitter) can be set through the event editor along with a key (e.g. facebook.com/example, twitter.com/example).

but I don’t see a way to create the custom field.

Thanks
Mirko

Hi,

That thread has some out of date information.

What you’ll do is go to Event Espresso > General Settings, then scroll down to the Social Links heading. There you’ll find fields to input your Facebook and Twitter URLs.

Also, if you want different Facebook/Twitter URLs for specific events, you can use the Custom Fields available in the event editor. If you cannot find a box labeled Custom Fields, it may be unchecked in the Screen Options panel (upper right corner of the page).

Your event’s custom fields for Facebook & Twitter URLs will look like this screenshot.

Thanks, but I can’t find the Custom Fields on the editor page, I look in the Screen Options too, but I don’t see the option. https://imgur.com/a/TXrolb8

Never mind, I found why the custom fields weren’t showing. That’s all. Thanks.
