How much time does an attendee have for signing up if on the waining list?

Hello!

If a user attends the waiting list within how much time does he has to confirm his status? From the email it says ‘Please remember you have a limited time to sign up! ‘. Can a position on the waiting list expire?

No, I think that particular line of text was written by the marketing department.
