How do you change the look of emails received by ticket purchasers?

I am running Event Espresso Version:4.6.30.p and have managed to make changes to the look of all of the message templates under the messages section in management.

However, when I have run a test for a free ticket, the email in (the purchaser’s) inbox doesn’t look how I want it to appear.

I want to remove the grey box behind the logo as I have done on all the other templates.

I would also like to change the subject name but I don’t know where this is calling from?

When you buy a ticket, two emails are received. One which allows you to print off your e-tickets and the other which confirms your registration.

Both of these emails are affected by the styling problems I have spoken about, although the changes to the actual PDF e-tickets is correct as per my changes.

Can you help please?
