Please tell me there is an easy way to sell additional items with an event registration, like t-shirts or drink tickets. |
Hi Mike, With EE3, you can use the Price Modifier add-on that is in the Pre-Release channel in order to sell additional items. In EE4, you will need to add additional tickets for each of the items. |

So for EE4 selling additional items is a built in function? |
It’s not set up to sell products per se, but for now (until we build something like the price modifier for EE3), we recommend adding additional tickets. |
Not sure what you mean by “ticket” Say I want to have someone register for a dinner and they want two glasses of wine with it. I need to make a ticket for each scenario? |
what if they want dinner and a glass of wine and two beers? or dinner a beer and a cocktail or dinner 3 wines, 2 cocktails and a beer? Do you propose I make a ticket for each one of these choices or am I missing something? |
Hi, Creating a general entry ticket and then creating other tickets for other items will allow your attendees/registrants to select the items that they would like. It would look like this in the event editor for Event Espresso 4: http://cl.ly/image/2r2l3w052r0p — |

So I need the “Ticketing” ad-on to get this function? To clerify this is the add on I am referring to: https://eventespresso.com/product/espresso-ticketing/# |
What version of Event Espresso are you currently using? — |
EE3. Is the multiple choice tickets (including adding items to tickets) only on EE4? |
will the “Ticketing” add-on to get this function on EE3? |
I have version 3.1.36.5 |
There are solutions for both versions but Event Espresso 3 and Event Espresso 4 are different platforms. If you are using EE3, you could use the price modifier addon which is in our prerelease channel: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/espresso-price-modifier/ If you go with EE4, then you can setup multiple tickets like this: http://cl.ly/image/2r2l3w052r0p — |

How stable is the price modifier add on? |
Hi, There is a risk that something could not work as expected but from what I’ve seen in the support forums, it is stable. It will not accept a value of zero. The value would need to be a positive or a negative number. That is, a price modifier option that you enter should increase or decrease the main pricing option. — |
