How do I get support?? Purchased a token!

I’m in need of help quickly. Need to configure EE to accept credit cards. Only accepts paypal accounts right now in registration section – though elsewhere on the site, not controlled by EE, we have options to donate using credit card which work fine. Help please. Purchased a token 90 min. ago – am not seeing any response.
