How do I take someone who has registered for an event on one day and move it to another event on a different day in EE4 without having to do a complete registration again? I want to move the transaction for that day also if it is paid course.

Hi Erick, you would need to cancel the registration and create a new one through the WP dashboard:

Also, we cannot recommend that pre-release software be used on a live site. Note that we are actively testing and fixes issues in the prerelease for 4.8.x as well as the upcoming promotions add-on.

Lorenzo, thanks for the response. I understand the recommendation about the Live site. I am taking precautions.
As far as the reschedule part, I think that is a necessary option. For my customer service experience, if I have to have them/me constantly submit all the information needed again than that is a waste. If there is an associated transaction with that registration and then have to go in and apply the payment. That requires a lot of back end steps.
I thought the purpose of the plug in was to streamline the registration process If I keep the information on a sheet of paper/in excel I can simply mark out the event date and and its done. That takes me 30 seconds. Are saying that this isn’t and won’t be possible in EE4? I would recommend that as an option. I run the same 8 hour event 2-3 times a week and when a customer has a conflict arise I would like to be able to move their registration and transaction to just another date by simply using a drop down in the registration and select a different event date and have the transaction move with it. I know it sounds simple on my side but I know of a competitor of mine that uses a plug in that does that. Any help would be appreciated!

Hi Erick, thanks for the feedback and I do understand that this would save a great deal of time.
This is on our feature request list but the option that I shared is the only option available (i.e. manual cancel and manual registration) at this time.

Hi Lorenzo, Add my name to the list of those who would consider this an indispensable option. We host 6-10 events a week and have numerous customers change the dates. Being able to switch a registrant from one event to another quickly from within EE4 would be a HUGE timesaver!
