Hey guys,
Can anyone show me a good way to offer Gift cards and work with Event Espresso?
Even if it means we have to get creative and use add-ons already available.
The only options I have found outside of EE is having to switch merchants and that’s not an option for us because we are happy with current merchant.
Found the giftcardcafe but not sure how to be able to redeem with Event Espresso.
Hoping someone has seen another EE user post a solution to this problem.

Hi there,
Currently, Event Espresso does not have an option for Gift Cards.
You could use the promotions add-on to provide discounts but they will not store the ‘remaining’ discount for further use say you have a gift card for $100 and an event cost you $62, that counts as a ‘use’ of the promotion code, the $38 remaining is effectively ‘lost’.
Found the giftcardcafe but not sure how to be able to redeem with Event Espresso.
To use a 3rd party service EE would need to integrate with it and unfortunately, at this time we don’t integrate with any ‘gift card’ services.
