Hooking to the registration

Hi,

I want to create a custom plugin wich allows batches of registrations to a certain event or registration through a offsite registration form.

How can i hook my plugin into the Event Espresso 4 plugin to create a new registration for an event?

I know this is a feature in the JSON rest api but i would like to use the Event Espresso 4 plugin instead.
