Just trying to get to grips with EE4 after using EE3 for a while.
I know I can set the ticket selector to not show remaining tickets – which works on the event overview.
However, when using multiple ticket types and clicking “show details” it shows remaining tickets.
I hope that makes sense. I can post a screen shot if it isn’t clear.

Hi Matt,
You can go into the Event Espresso > Events > Templates tab and set Show Ticket Sale Info to No. You can also set Show Ticket Details to No as well.

Yes, I had found both of those, but neither worked.
I have found a work around, displaying the extra information within the event description and hiding all ticket details. Not ideal, but it does work.

I don’t understand what you mean by neither worked. When you go to save those options are there any errors displayed?

No errors, but no matter what was on/off, the tickets remaining were still visible when you clicked “more details”

There shouldn’t even be a visible more details link when Show Ticket Details is set to No. Do you happen to have a customized template set up for the Ticket Selector module?
